Medium/shortwave transmitter of specific design, unknown purpose. The transmitter was in relatively good state, now cleaned and restored. In fully working order, runs fine form mains power. It delivers about 2W of RF unmodulated continuous wave, frequency tunable cca 1,5 - 2,5 MHz. Good frequency stability, plate voltage stabilised by gas discharge stabiliser (TESLA 11TA31). The main knobs are frequency set and PA plate tuning. Notice the very seriously made output filter. Output is symmetric to ground.
At the front plate, there is a small connector, allowing to block the TX by shorting them - activation by some sensors? No documentation, no witness information.
